Fog light question

In my never ending quest to gode poor Pat Garvey into a stroke I have a new desire to make my car less original and more like I want it... Yellow fog light lenses.

So, anyone or ObiwanSheanobi if you know the answer; where do the yellow lenses come from?

France used to have yellow fog lights, but AFAIK only the early years

I don't know either, they were installed on #12 at some point
