How much and what sizes of fuel and vacuum hoses?

I've searched the net a bit this evening looking for the amount and sizes of fuel and vacuum hoses needed to replace everything aft of the firewall. I'm getting ready to install a fresh 2.0 /4, and want to buy everything this weekend or early next week.

I have rough guesstimates at the lengths on my hose diagrams over at the Bird site. Each one has a "fudge factor" added to the minimum measured length, so you will have hose left over if you use those numbers.

The diameters are the measured diameters of the fittings the hoses go onto, not the actual ID of the hoses themselves.
